The property was relaxing and fancy, I 100% recommend!
Food was good and I have nothing but perfect memories from this trip. Everything was really good, with attentive staff, exceeded high expectations. Had remote location near the sea. Plus, it was 5 minutes by car to Batalha Golf Course.

The room was modern and having central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television in it was convenient. Our window overlooked sea. The location was great and unbeatable there, to the sea by stairway going down the cliff. The staff was polite and a savoury and substantial breakfast was provided.

The size of the suite was pleasant. The location of the resort is ok. Good base for exploring the island by car.
No variation of the restaurant menu and the unfounded high prices. A vehicle is required for outside meals. The scant equipment of the rooms: there is only less room decoration, no pictures, no carpets. The hotel staff seems strongly unmotivated and understaffed.

Everything
Restaurant and drink prices far above the national level. Affordable but annoying.

Rooms and size are good. Big bathroom, good beds. Big parking lot. Nice staff. Situated directly at the sea.
One cannot talk about a 5 star hotel here, there are rather 4 stars. The SPA area in the basement is spartan and not cosy. Breakfast room in the basement, uncomfortable and loud. Breakfast medium. Outside everything is a little bare and uncomfortable. One tries to represent a 5* hotel level, but far from it.

We asked for double room and it was well decorated with the view.

The location of the pool is fantastic. The style of the hotel is modern and natural and we liked it a lot.
The breakfast is boring, and especially for a longer stay too simple. During dinner with children we waited partly up to one hour for the next course. It tasted good. Price performance more expensive than eating out.

Beautiful and incredible location of the hotel with free parking. A 19-minute ride to the airport. Nicely decorated rooms with a private balcony and a good view, for example.

Warning, you might fall in love!
What a hidden gem! The infinity pool and really good spa services. The food was delicious but could benefit from a broader menu. Just be prepared to rent a car for access to nearby attractions. With fine ocean views and lovely trails, it's hard not to fall for this paradise.

We just loved relaxing by the heated indoor pool and enjoying the life music on the terrace. The breakfast spread was so fresh and satisfying, especially that yummy orange juice every morning! One little downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow, but overall, we had a fantastic time and definitely recommend trying the breakfast! ☀️

The mountain view room offered amazing sunsets, and we loved the short coastal walks nearby. The live music at dinner added a good touch to our evenings.

missingWrote a review on 10 Auglimited breakfast options
Breakfast options leave much to be desired, feeling more like a mediocre 3-star experience with repetitive choices. The outdoor pool, sadly unheated, can be a shock to the system when temperatures drop, and several tiles in the pool area were crooked or missing, presenting a safety hazard . The gym is more like a closet, with only three machines-one of which was out of order. It's also frustrating to discover that the advertised natural pools are over an hour's walk away and deemed unsafe during rough seas, which should be more transparently communicated. The facilities seem in need of better maintenance and a thorough upgrade to live up to their luxury branding.

Peaceful Stay with Fine Views
I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor infinity pool while soaking up amazing ocean views. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated early check-in. Renting a car is essential for exploring nearby attractions. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. Though simple, it offers a pleasant start to the day.
